Crystal Healing for Headaches





Tools you will need:

2 small single terminator good quality clear quartz crystal points

Headache pain needs energy to repair but can also be due to too much energy in the head. The two chakras affected are the brow (pituitary) & the crown. When these energy centres are blocked, headache results & the subsequent pressure is what induces pain.

By removing the excess energy, the headached is relieved.



Lie down or relax so that you can lean backwards in a comfortable chair.



Place one crystal (the smaller if they are different sizes) on the brow chakra: pituitary - above eyes in centre of forehead.


Hold other crystal in hand & point it upwards. Place hand on solar plexus or navel.


Close your eyes & breathe as though you were pulling energy from the brow down to the solar plexus, Breathe in - out, in - out.

After a few minutes, place hand at side with crystal in it & breathe from head down along your arm & release through the crystal.

The first time you use this techniqe you may take 30 minutes to release. Once you become familiar with the technique you will shift pressure in your head in 10 minutes or so.

This technique is really worth taking time for, especially if you do a lot of computer work, book work etc.
