Is military neutralizing our orgone gifts?

Last night I had a vivid dream.

In my dream I was on vacation traveling around the "country” (cannot remember the location but it might be England). Too bad I don’t remember the location, as I remember seeing a map of the places we visited and three locations felt really weird to me.
We were passing very close to a HUGE Haarp array colored in red-white.
I was sort of shocked to see how huge it was. Later during the day when I tuned into my dream that nasty haarp array gave me a big headache.
Immediately after we passed this huge nasty crap, I saw military and cops stopping the traffic. They were arresting a man, and I immediately knew this guy was caught “gifting” that array.
Then I saw this special ops soldier shooting with a machine gun that place which was previosuly gifted Strange, the bullets looked blue and orange and felt like sort of a laser. I realized he was neutralizing the orgone gifts which I etherically saw them buried.

I was trying so desperate to throw an orgone TB but they were watching me really close .
Can they neutralize our gifts? Or it was just that particular array they were trying to neutralize?
Anyway it was “just a dream”… I had to make it public. Maybe an English gifter out there, will look out for a huge array which was previously gifted , I guess it needs to be re-gifted.
