For blasting, we accept God's (or higher power) energy through our crown, out through our hearts and to the target, good or bad, with good results in both cases. You could consider it very similar to blessing people. It is effective and produces results that would surprise you in the beginning, until you get used to it. ;o) Boiled down, the simple way to say it is "intent".

It was after giving these minimal suggestions I received this reply:

Thanks for the "blasting" instructions! They came in handy today... I used it on a particularly annoying customer we had and it worked like a charm! (No surprise for you I'm sure!) This guy ALWAYS is rude to me and I feel drained after having to deal with him. I just imagined this beautiful blue and purple light coming from crown chakra and out through my heart and swirling around him... he almost ran out of my office! I had to laugh!! Not sure if that qualifies as blasting or not but it did the trick for that particular instance!
