Speaking of "Full Spectrum"....
Another thing to beware of are these CURLY Full Spectrum light bulbs. The spiral shaped ones.
The older Full Spectrum ones are excellent. It's the new CURLY fluorescent ones that they are calling full spectrum. These are not real full spectrum, and they are toxic. I posted a blog entry about that...

It’s time to start stocking up on incandescent and full spectrum light bulbs and like RIGHT NOW.
Beware of anything with the “Fluor” in it. More than likely it’s fluoride.

And fluoride kills our teeth too. Look up Gerald Judds' book GOOD TEETH BIRTH TO DEATH. He's a chemist and read what he has to say about fluoride and how it really destroys our teeth.
We all know that sodium fluoride is poison and bad for us, right?

Mercury and Flouride will suppress thyroid function.
TPTB will do ANYTHING to trash our endocrine system. Especially the thyroid system.
Low thyroid can lead to infertility (can't have us reproducing anymore, now can we?), low energy, and for some reason seems to be important in psychic development. Edgar Cayce talked alot about this in some of his readings. He was always telling nearly everyone to take Atomic iodine and to have regular chiropractic adjustments.
Fluoride is a halogen, and so is iodine.

So now, here we have these light bulbs that are toxic with mercury AND fluoride.
When shopping for Full Spectrum bulbs, be sure to avoid the CURLY SHAPED Full Spectrum Compact Fluorescent Light bulbs. They are trying to trick consumers into thinking these are safe, when in actuality they are very dangerous. It’s really another way to destroy our health.
Instead, buy the old Fashioned full spectrum ROUND SHAPED bulbs that are not fluorescent. Like the pictures below…
 
 
Or just buy regular incandescent bulbs period. Just AVOID the CURLY spiral shaped ones.
