Hi All,
Has anyone tried wearing the feet chakra balancers while doing yoga? I tried wearing 2 balancers in each sock (or 4 total) while doing the upside down positions and actually felt like totally wonderful, a sense of relief (maybe from feeling so good?) This is the first time though so I'll need to keep doing it to really confirm. However, I never felt this way before and its really really nice! Has it helped with the quality and the feel of your yoga?

Hi Lilly! (or whoevers reading :>)
Try doing the shoulder stand as long as possible. While your doing the shoulder stand just focus on your breath going in and out (and relaxing helps too). After at least (1 minute?) of doing the (upside down :> no easy way out there) shoulder stand I noticed the chakra balancers start to feel warm against the bottoms of my feet. I think that the combination of focus on breath, relax (if you can) while doing the shoulder stand eventually gets the energy (chi) flowing inside and that interacts with the chakra balancers. Or breath is related to prana I've read.
I would only occasionally do yoga (maybe every few days?). Or even a week? That I cant remember tells you something (he he!) But now I've been definitely remembering to do shoulder stand every day - its like I can now feel the good effects the benefits of shoulder stand where before (without balancers) I didnt really feel so didnt keep it up and just forgot (of course there are plenty of other things to do). Keep in mind I'm really new to yoga, I do maybe just a few positions (the plough, the bridge and shoulder stand) and thats it. Oh, I've done the headstand a few times! :> So I'm like a totally beginner yoga person (wanna-be yoga person I guess). I'm just thinking its making me want to do it more - am getting something out of it so I'm thinking there is definitely something going on here. :>
I think there is definitely something going with the breathing thing also! The breath counts for a lot! I'm glad I definitely can get something out of this because yoga hurts a little (I'm such a newbie) its like running. Most people start running but dont continue for long because they are so out of shape or things like cramps. But once they get going and body realizes its so good they dont usually want to miss a day. I think maybe I've tuned in already (via balancers) to energetically be aware of or have realization of the benefit from yoga (without actually putting the time in) so thats really good, otherwise I would stop. And that will get me over the initial tough part (to keep going). Running is like that, you have to initially get over your "out of shapeness" before you really start realizing - WOW, this feels good! :> |

George,
Your enthusiasm is contagious! I LOVE it!
I do not only practice and teach yoga - I live YOGA! It’s my way of life, there is not enough words to talk about the benefits of yoga. One of my students that suffers from years of insomnia could sleep the whole night after only one yoga class. I heard people saying that yoga saved their marriage. I have seen people with injuries that got healed after taking yoga.
I just visited a friend that "lives Yoga", who broke his pelvis, refused surgery and medication and managed to walk from hospital after a few days only, shocking the doctors and everyone. He wouldn’t do that without his yoga background and the power of his mind, he is a truly an inspiration. And of course he got my gifts of FCB’s…
Yoga is spiritual, it is physical, it is sensual, it is empowering, is LOVE, its PEACE, its just AWESOME! The great thing about it - is for everyone!
I used the feet chakra balancers orgone -- (FCBs) on my feet during some yoga postures!
Absolutely AMAZING! I have noticed my breath more powerful, deeper and full when wearing them, it seems like there is an amazing flow of energy going thru my feet in shoulder stand and viparita karani (legs up the wall) - the great mother of restorative yoga - the pose that "destroys" old age.
Yes-- my attention goes into the depth of my very breath which is just awesome!
According to the science 80% of the source of our energy comes form our own breath, and the rest comes form food, water etc… and guess what? It’s FREE! The secret of yogis is BREATH!
Those feet chakra balancers are my awesome toys, they are my lovers, as I sleep with them every night ( in my socks - of course). Related to yoga- since I am wearing them, I have noticed increased flexibility, big time, more juice in my hips and more strength…
wow what a combo! Yoga and feet chakra balancers - orgone!!! Thank you for suggesting this George! YAY!
Love to all, peace to all, health to all, orgone (life force) to all!
Lilly

I think we are on to something. I was turned on to yoga by the book "Yoga, youth, and reincarnation" by Jess Stearn who is an extreme skeptic. Its a bestseller and it only cost me $1. But its like fascinating and one of the best books I have read. I had no idea yoga was like so important, especially to the spine that gets more and more curvy as you get old until you are hunchback! Just kidding! Having fun! :>
Last night I did the shoulder stand and plough with chakra balancers in my sock. Its weird the way I feel warmth from them while doing shoulder stand but then maybe I'm feeling energy. That reminds me of some people feeling heat from healers hands. Energy flow is perceived as heat. Funny how they quickly 'feel cool' when my leg is lowered even though they are just as close to my skin as they always were and if anything, the blood should be flowing now to the bottom of my feet as I brought my leg down? I dont get it. That just tells me there is some energetic thing going on with the shoulder stand but I like it! Also, if you cant feel something doesnt mean it doesnt exist! My wife cant feel even the strongest energy (that our nanny -an artist- can feel apparently easily and she doesnt do anything energywise either) :> So its interesting we live in a sea of energy we dont even know or consciously realize exists.
At any rate, after the yoga session (just 2 positions) I ran 4 miles just after midnight. I finally went to bed around 1:30am and whats interesting is that I woke up at exactly 7:15 I remember. I remember because it was so unusual, because I felt invigorated. When I run so late at night (and so hard - and I'm still out of shape since I started recently) my body really needs that sleep to heal my muscles - muscle fibers get broken down and replaced by stronger muscle fibers. And you need, even definitely need sleep for this process!!! So normally after running so late and waking up that early I would feel sore, reeeeally sleepy, have quite a bit of trouble getting up (groan). But I jumped up energized feeling like I had a full night sleep and no sleepiness. This evening I still dont feel a hint of tiredness, which would be the key thing to show me I actually really didnt have enough sleep (even though I thought I did :>)
I tried to 'sense' the energy from the balancers this evening while doing the shoulder stand. I practically couldnt even sense it, it was so subtle. But it was perceptive - I was trying to sense it 'somewhere', that was my problem. I realized then that it was actually everywhere in my body but then again it didnt really feel like it was "in" my body. More like I just was energy, I was the energy in and around me now I realize I was sensing my aura probably but probably something (aha now I realize) I wasnt really energetically sensing out very well because I was thinking about just myself as a body (rather than also an aura).
I realized last night that you have to do a little bit of work on yourself. Chakra balancers wont just 'give you everything'. They work with the chi and internal energy that you have and they work with chi boosters (like running yoga etc) - doing those other things really makes it break into your awareness level like wow, there is something going on! At least thats my experience! I think they are accentuating - or accelerating things but you have to focus yourself in a direction bodywise or energetically... like both yoga and running are really good they totally tranform you energetically and balancers just totally assist this process. Anyways, just my own experience and my own knowing! You have to find your own (which we all do) Anyways, I'm just rambling. :> Bye! |

I got this from a very happy lady!
~~~~~~~~
"Hello Lilly, WOW! Those feet chakra balancers are awesome! When I first got them, the energy level was pretty intense - in fact they made me a bit queasy when I first handled them. About 2 hrs later, I was able to handle them for much longer periods and slept with them on that night. I did not start noticing anything until about the 3rd night, but my dog sure did like them from the beginning.
She nestles down in my bed to sleep the day away when I go to work and I leave the balancers strategically placed around the edges of the bed - when I come back they are always moved to the area where she has been sleeping. So, on your website I was reading about a fellow named George who said he used them for yoga. I tried it and he sure is correct! Greater rythm, greater breath capacity, more ability to stretch - I feel kind of euphoric after yoga now when using these balancers. I am also able to go to a deeper spot when I meditate. I have just been meditating since the beginning of the year. I have been sleeping much better also lately and really hate to have them off my person. Nice job on these!!! Do they keep their energy for some time or do they need to be recharged occasionally? I will probably contact you in the near future to have you take a peek at my aura........ balance it out. I had been debating on what orgone pendant to get and finally settled on the on the balancers. I am sure it was a great choice! I really love them. Thanks so much, Rosemary Slade"
PS: they do not need to be cleansed/recharged as there is charged holy water inside them!
Hi Lilly from Gods Land!
You never know where we are or who we are! We might as well be lost. In paradise! (Small 'p' because theres always a better one of course). Remember story of 3 Billy goats gruff. Appreciate the one, being where we are.
I actually got over-energized tonight! I was in the upside down pose for 5 minutes at least with the feet chakra balancers in my socks. They got warm but not energetics. It probably depends where you start from a energy standpoint. Then I did it again, they got warm and there were some energetics, very subtle. Growing over time. I dont really understand this. After I was done, put on a pendant, put the FCBs in my pockets and viola, I was over-energized. I'm used to feeling energized, but I guess thats why I'm writing, it inspired me.
Well, I can say it didnt help reduce my stress level in my cells from my coffee drinking during the day to keep me hopped up. That would probably need an half hour or hour of running to obliterate that! But its cool that the FCBs action worked anyways. Energy is like a subtle thing, its like such a subtle thing, always coming, always going but always there... |
