Hello guys,
Any ideas or advice on hair growth ( don't want to get bald) Sad

? Orgone, herbs, boosting? Answers appreciated.

Hey Art,

I use a tonic I bought in Romania, and I can tell my hair is shiny and dandruff free. It has “propolis” in it - which is said its the most natural antibiotic man has ever discovered. Honeybees collect resins as a basic material on the buds of poplars, birches, pine trees etc. After the resin is chewed by the honeybee, and with the addition of saliva, other substances are formed. The finished product is called Propolis. Propolis is of vital importance for the survival of the bees.
The tonic has in it Capsicum annuum is a domesticated species of the plant genus Capsicum native to Mexico

I had few grey hairs and headstands helped me a lot, noticed my hair getting thicker, however you gotta learn from a pro, better know what you are doing. Same with shoulder stands. Ohhh I love inversions... its good to see the world upside down sometimes while hair feels happy Laughing

I wanted also to mention that one of the first things that you can actively do is check your shampoo contents, if there is SLS (sodium laurel/th sulphate) in it THROW IT OUT! I cannot stress this enough! It is an industrial cleaner and base used for degreasing engines of any kind and heavy machinery, this exactly what you are getting, it cost the shampoo companies 0.18cents for about 8oz's then they spend the rest of your hard earned money packaging and marketing it for you to continue buying, meanwhile your pores are being blocked and delicate sabaceous glands are killed off hair becomes thinner and thinnner until its so thin that even putting a hat can cause it to fall right out.

There is definately things you can do, but stopping further fallout can be avoided immediately. You will find that using any shampoo without SLS in it will begin allowing the scalp to start cleaning itself out, by nourishing the roots and folicles you will see how quickly your scalp will produce a new sprouting growth of HAIR (even in places that have been baron for a long time;))

Steve here from Vegas. One of the things i have found helpful for hair growth is red light in the 635-660nm range. You can use LED or laser light to stimulate hair growth. The light in this wavelength causes mitochondria of cells to pump out ATP. The red wavelength of light also causes the DNA strands to realign, not just in the hair cells but all body cells. There is a lot more to it than that. You can google phototherapy or LLLT (low level laser therapy) to get tons of info. I built a laser therapy pen for my own use. I was losing my hair due to stress from a job loss. I used the laser about 15min/day for a month and saw significant growth. It worked so well I decided to build some for friends. Great for pain releif as well. They really work. I have a couple of shots of the laser therapy pen on my site. You can buy red LEDS lights and they will work too but don't penetrate quite as deeply as a laser.

What about Sodium lauryl sulfate from natural sources, like coconut oil?
Any thoughts on that?

Quick thought on Natural shampoos for those who don't want the poisons. (Sorry, not dealing with regrowth here)

Green soap made from olive oil! It is dirt cheap, 100% natural, leaves the hair much fuller, though tends to feel oily at the end of the day, it is what our hair should be like anyways. It is also a multi purpose soap that cleans the body, clothing and anything that gets stains on it. Being I now reside in Greece, I have found it to be the cheapest as well. The production market for mainstream soaps, shampoos etc. is outrageous. There are recipes online for making Green soap. The old men and women here swear by it and won't use anything else. I have found their testimonies to be 100% truth!

Thankyou Sophia for pointing this out, the first thing that needs to be done is stop using industrial cleaners on your scalp!!

SLS is an engine de-greaser and an industrial floor cleaner, if that doesn't convince you its time for a change then just picture yourself grabbing something from the garage or under the sink (if you haven't already gone green by now in that dept) and substituting for your shampoo? On your hair EEK!! sound harmless enough?!

Think twice before you buy shampoo from the DRUG store...

Constantin's hair not only grew back and covered his baldish spot but his hair changed from grey to dark where he used Yasmine’s Guru Hair Elixir. He used it topically as well as ingested, it took quite a few months, but patience is virtue and it's worth it.

These all sound good , and one extra favourite of mine is taking a steam bath once a week or steaming hair with a steam cap that you can usually buy in hairdresser supply shops...
