So I finally had this done.

Posture improvement, facial collapse improved, eyes lined up, nose straighten, palate moved forward.

The Atlas was still in place, but the head wasn't, so.....

I saved the money, bit the bullet and just did it. And boy, let me tell ya, it's the best thing I've ever done for myself.

It was done outside of Seattle in Snohomish, WA at the Northwest Neurocranial Medicine, LLA aka Sky Valley Healing Arts. The ND is Dr. Hillary Lampers, ND. She studied under Dr. Dean Howell, the founder of NCR.

I also was exposed to Dr. Westin Price’s work and his observations that cranial structure changes based on environmental influences. It seems that we are all suffering from a inward collapse of our skull structure. This is the same facial collapse and especially palatal collapse that I'm seeing a lot of on middle aged folks. It's also because of generations of grain diets and lack of true nutrition to provide for facial and jaw development.

I will be doing at least 3 or 4 more sessions with yearly sessions afterward, or perhaps every 6 months as maintenance.
