That’s true, first time we start drinking alkaline/ionized water I noticed we lost weight. We don’t have a weight problem so we didn’t have to lose any weight, however we still lost some. The health benefits of drinking the alkaline/ionized water are very profound. You feel better, you feel healthier and wealthier, they just go hand in hand I guess.

Interesting enough a lot of people drink RO water (reverse osmosis) believing is the right kind of water. Yes, it is pure, all minerals and impurities (almost all impurities, I tested some RO water systems and the test showed me 0.3 PPM fluoride still present in the RO water) have been removed and you drink pure, dead, acidic water, very non desirable.
