I just came across this search engine on the FCC website that allows you to search for Cell, PCS and any other FCC licenses awarded in your area.
http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/searchAdvanced.jsp

This website tells you the location of all of the towers associated with the license and lots of other info that I don't really understand. I was able to find my local tower and that most of these corporations are international. If someone digs into this and finds some good stuff please share it.

One possible use I can think of is to negate tactics like the one discussed in this article:

Which talks about setting up a cell array in a church steeple where tower restrictions are inforced.

I've noticed arrays on every water tower in my town. This energy absorbed water travels underground this way and that to every home in town. This is a huge reach for one array. I say these water towers need help. Maybe we can fill up someones glass with healing orgonne instead of the alternative.
