Carrots again?
Dreams about health


One of the things I ask creator before I go to bed is guidance through dreams. Last night I asked to get some information on my health and suggestions of any treatments.
I remember at least two dreams but this one was related to my health.

I was watching a live skating contest with one of my friends performing. I don’t know her in this life but I remember her wearing a beautiful white dress (symbol of purity) with fine nice carrot imprints on it.
There was a man who interviewed her. I did not see this man but heard his voice. It was a regular voice but when he asked her why she was wearing this particular dress and why carrots his voice became very interesting , pleasant and calm. I was thinking: “hmmmm he is a very wise man, he has a Godly voice”, perhaps God himself. The young woman looked at me in despair asking me telepathically to help her with the answer as she didn’t know what to answer. She answered (it was my telepathic answer) that carrots are not only known for their healing properties but there are considered the king of vegetables, mentioning the carrot juice going directly into the blood stream. First thing in the morning I realized that was the answer to my prayer last night - I need more carrots in my diet”.

Few nights ago I asked again for health answers. This time in my dream a woman approached me telling me: “You take good care of your teeth but you need to take care of your hair”. My hair has been quite dry lately, I noticed that.
Anyway, who says TV is bad? Remember I boost the media for quite some time now? I found the answer to my hair problem on TV: weird huh? The answer was: olive oil and lemon before washing my hair. I did that and my fair feels healthy again.


Dreams and meditations are very good sources in finding answers about our health. The question is: do you have faith?

Ruth Montgomery in her book “A world beyond” indicates that spending time developing psychic abilities is a better investment than storing diamonds in a safe - psychic qualities are related to the soul and seek the core of the universe, which is the seed of life itself.

Artemisia dream

Interesting dream last night. I was with few more people which were afraid of a ghost. The ghost was throwing energy balls at us. Anyway I was not afraid, the energy didn’t feel bad. Dream symbol for “ghost” = desire to make contact with the world beyond and /or difficulty to cope with someone’s death.

And this is true. After my sister passed away almost 3 years ago I tried to contact her in the other realms without success. The truth is I still miss her and I am still upset how she died so mysteriously and fast. I guess I need to work more on that wound. My father who passed away few years ago is always next to me, protecting me and sometimes when he wants my attention/awareness he pulls my T-shirt physically so I can pay attention to my surroundings.

Anyway I was not afraid of that ghost who appeared to be a young beautiful woman who asked me what essential oils I usually use. I replied: "many; including lavender, tea tree, cypress". I looked at cypress plant in a book today and found this: its excellent for smoothing transitions of all kinds, particularly the loss of friends and loved ones.
In the dream that woman told me cypress is good but I should use artemisia EO and guava(?) as well... I was not sure if artemisia is a plant so I googled the word today and I found “artemisis vulgaris ” is the scientific term used for mugworth.
I looked up and found this about mugworth essential oil: it is excellent for psychic awareness, psychic dreams, astral projection. Cool, huh?!

Lately I pray to get more messages in my dreams about my inner self, my health and well being.
