I can attest to the fact that if your liver is fatty, your whole system shuts down. A couple years ago, before I met these wonderful ladies, I was in bad shape. I slept ten hours a day, and I had to nap at lunchtime at work. I was miserable, in pain, and I had a pretty bleak outlook of the future. Not much longer, and I would have ended up in the hospital, which no doubt would have locked me into the healthcare system, and that would have been the begining of the end.

I swore to myself that I would get well, and I embarked on a journey of self-healing. I read voraciously, and adjusted my diet to vegan, organic, with huge quantities of fresh juices - a supreme act of will power, if I do say so myself. ; ) For some reason, though, my major problems, fatigue, allergies, spaciness, poor digestion and acne only worsened.

Lilly and Dooney and Anne and Yasmine found that my liver was barely functioning, and recommended the Hulda Clark Liver Cleanse. I was a little dubious, but I figured I'd give it a try. It's gross. No one should have to drink olive oil or epsom salts, and it's no fun to have to go a day without food or water, but if you have liver problems, the discomfort is worth the benefits.

I had to do a bunch of these cleanses, and removed many gallstones which are basically just fatty deposists coated in bile. I've done a bunch of them, about fifteen or sixteen, and over time, I began to notice my (very) persistent acne clearing up, my digestive system began improving, my allergies clearned up, and my energy is much better. When you begin to heal yourself, sometimes you forget how bad you actually were. I'm very thankful for my friends here. They're modest, but they saved my life.

Since we consume so much animal fat, it is very important that we cleanse our livers regularly. I recommend it to anyone, no matter who you are or what your situation, you will likely be able to benefit from cleaning out your liver.
