Raphael’s Golden ball of Healing Energy

Raphael is the Archangel to call on when you need healing or when you want to send healing energy to others.

When you are meditating or simply taking a quiet minute, ask Raphael to surround you with the golden healing energy of the sun.

Focus on the golden ball of healing energy for a minute or two & draw its Rays deep into your being. Draw it in through your crown chakra (energy centre at the top of your head). Imagine it travelling down your body through the chakras (spiritual energy centres). As you draw it in, ask for this energy to give healing & love to the person you are directing it to.

As it reaches your heart, let its size expand until it is the size of a football. Feel it move on further, to your base chakra (bottom of your spine) & feel its energy gathering more & more.

Imagine the ball of energy exiting your base chakra & catch it between your palms. Feel the energy ball in your hands.

Now, ask Raphael to help you send this energy to the person who needs it & ask that their guardian angel draw very close to help them receive the energy. Always ask that it be for their permission first and the highest good.


Now send the healing energy to __________(name their name) in Gods Light

Slowly close your hands together & visualize the energy going to the other person.

End when your palms close together.


Whenever sending energy ALWAYS remember to open your crown center and keep breathing in the energy connected to the creator, remember to keep breathing in and out slowly focusing on where you send fourth the energy.
