Instructions for rapidshare downloads:

It's not a direct download, so you have to go to the above sites via the links.

When you get there, scroll all the way down until you see a table where it says download. Click the one that says Free.

It will open up into a new page, and when the new page opens up, scroll down to the bottom.

You see waiting seconds countdown of download ticket reserved. It takes about 30 seconds to a minute depending on size of file.

When the countdown is done, wait another couple of seconds and then you'll see a field where you input a combination of letters and/or numbers. Type those in and then the open or save thing will pop up.

Click it and download.
