Thank you for the information. I live in eastern United States and thought about buying a geiger counter. However, looking at radiation maps probably I was not exposed. I am acutely aware that media cannot be trusted for information. So basically I dont know. There is an additional aspect - your own bodies ability for detoxification. I can think of running (& sweating), sauna, hot baths, coffee enema, milk thistle, etc. Radiation although is cumulative, even comes from the sun. We do what we can, in the end the answer, its spiritual. What have you done with your life, what did you do to fulfill, did you live to your true potential or calling, what could you have done different, why, why. All the best you can possibly offer the world is the best of you. The best you have to offer is no small thing, and dont let yourself down. Struggle, challenge yourself, thrive, attempt, learn, struggle, survive. Use what you have. Use your knowledge. So after the fact, after all is said and done, did you truly milk life for all its worth, did you get the experience. I unfortunately am my own inspiration in a way, because it so difficult to find many others. Although I have seen my heroes, and they are not the expoiters, the capitalists of the world. The are a different ilk. A different type, Desiree Davila and others. They are the ones. The horrible decisions; that result in the destruction of thousands, even millions of lives; are dwarfed by the beauty, the inspiration, the one who creates, who does something no one thought possible; a world record, a personal record. Haile Gebreselassie, look at his smile. A personal triumph. A beauty, a glory. Those are the things we need to look for. Those are the things that create clarity, beauty, the world a better place. When you create beauty in you, you create beauty in the world around you. The problem is when you mask the beauty because you believe, you see, that no one around wants to see, appreciate the beauty. In a sense, afraid, you are afraid. When you mask the beauty you could be. But you dont need to be. Be who you are and all things will be what you want to see. It all begins with us. It begins from within. We are the ones. The ones who make the world a better place. just believe.

p.s. not to sound too confident, I see a lot of beauty coming from the internet, the human race is evolving. Even though things may not be what you want to see on the surface things are changing.
