I just found this info

http://hubpages.com/hub/rebounders-exercise-trampolines

I actually am in great shape (ran 20 miles yesterday) but the problem is my body is only strong a certain way. Rebounding definitely looks like a way to challenge your muscles in different ways, in safe ways and to have fun while your doing it! Oh, so you know I'm ok (and not a nut!) I'm training for a marathon oh in about 5 weeks so I have to be ready! 26.2 baby! WhooHooo!!! I doubt 20 mins are like 1 hour on the treadmill but I think its probably worth the $, especially with all the health benefits, cumulative, and considering lymph detox and all that! And a great way to get power packed exercise within minutes! :> Not really sure of which rebounder is the best there are so many options as to boggle the mind but just thought I would pass this info along!

The bounciest trampolines seem to be the ones with bungee cords (and they're quiet). Unfortunately the cheapest is around $200 (jumpsport fitness trampoline - model 220). Those are the ones people are saying yay and want to keep jumping on. I think this is an independent review! :>

Look at this guy! I just had to post this! He's jumping with 100% O2 :> Definitely high on O! What better way to get in shape and be a kid again! Oops, of course maybe some people dont want to be a kid :> Oh well!

We have all kinds of goodies for oxygenation, including a rebounder.

We have a ReboundAir, which is a springs type & bought locally. It folds in half and has a bag that you can put it in to take with you on trips.

Eventually, I would love to get a Bellicon 44 Rebounder which uses the bungee cord.

I also have a Sun Ancon Chi Machine which I bought used from someone at the RoyalRife.com forum.

And recently aquired (for xmas) is a whole body vibration machine. It's a portable oscillating model from Total Image Fitness and does the job. Then I have my oxygen supplements, such as Cellfood, Oxysilver and the older version of OxyAdvantage by Rockland Enterprises.

I had a large sebaceous cyst removed last October, and when they checked my oxygen levels, they were at 98%. They were like... "this is very good". With all this stuff, I could see why.

OMG I had no idea! Grin! (and admiration!) Yeah I'm with you, the bellicon is definitely the way to go! It makes me pause and think If I'm going to spend the $ why not go all the way. It makes you work with low jarring impact (pants dont go down).

If you have high oxygenation then you must have a good ability to pull O2 into your body (Vo2Max) and this ability declines as you age but it improves through exercise. So its not something thats fixed! :>

Oh, we also have a Kangan Water unit too, which structures the water, ozonates it, and alkalizes it. There's several units out there like that too, which are also pretty good.

I was using all that Oxysilver too. So that's a lot of stuff I've been doing.
