Most of the tooth paste has a lot of toxic chemicals in it. Be aware of fluoride and sodium lauryl sulphate chemicals in tooth paste!

How to make your own paste:
it smells good and it is free of chemicals.
1 tbsp. Virgin coconut oil
2 Tbsp. baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/3rd teaspoon fennel powder
a pinch of Sea Salt
few drops of peppermint and/or tea tree Essential Oil

Mix everything together and store it in an airtight container.

Thank you Lilly very cool! How about a squirt or two of colloidal silver also? Theres all this talk of flouride but why play around with toxic flouride (that you cant even swallow) that messes up your thyoid when you can use colloidal silver (which you can actually swallow without ill effect! haha) Anyways, thanks for the very cool toothpaste info. I needed that! If you have a filled root canal thats a place for new strains of bacteria to live and breed thats difficult for your immune system defense force team to reach (and which you can never actually reach with brushing) so using colloidal silver toothpaste is always good! Just do a search on root canal and bacteria.

"According to research by Dr. Boyd Haley of the University of Kentucky, at least 75% of root canal teeth have residual bacterial infections remaining in the dentinal tubules. There is no drug, homeopathic remedy, vitamin or mineral that can effectively kill these tiny bacteria that live in the small tubules in the tooth. Only the use of bio-frequencies (Rife technology) has the capability of pentrating the surrounding bone and root without any damage to tissues. Even then, there is no way to stop new bacteria from entering these tubules from the oral cavity again. These lingering infections produce the most toxic substances known to biochemistry and toxicology, that enter the blood stream and can affect any part of the body."

"A dentist, Weston A. Price, brought this information to light in the 1940s."

"Since there are varying degrees of oxygen deprivation, each level of oxygen stimulates the bacteria to mutate into a slightly different bacterium; a whole plethora of critters can develop from just one bacterium. Over 150 different bacterial strains have been identified at the apex or within the pulp chamber of dead or dying teeth. All but five are classified as anaerobic, or those that thrive in the absence of oxygen. These bacteria produce toxic waste products. The toxins can either be picked up by the drainage system at the apex of the tooth, or flow down the dentin tubules into the periodontal ligament. At the ligament, they can slip into the fluids around the tooth and flow into the bloodstream. They may also be forced up the ligament space into the mouth when the person bites down or chews. Regardless of which direction the toxins go, they will be introduced to the innermost parts of the body."

"The root canal treated tooth is a tooth that is typically still being used in normal chewing. While much of the nerve and blood supply has been removed or damaged by the procedure itself, the tooth still has its original attachment to the jawbone. The high pressures generated in chewing can be expected to physically push toxins out of the socket where they can eventually be picked up by the blood circulation. "

Lovely! I'll have to take up oil pulling again! :> I feel great, thats the important thing, even if I am a bacteria creater! :> and live in a bacteria stew. Life is pretty amazing. I'll have to make shitake mushroom soup, eat spirulina, and just enjoy life! All the more reason, we are not here forever!

An obligatory link to Dr Mercola

Which makes for easy reading

Root Canals Pose Health Threat

I like this quote: "The only scientific way to prevent tooth decay is through diet and nutrition. "

Its like amazing! Time to plant a garden! Or buy decent land in full sun and plant one! Maybe plan on lots and lots spinach for next year :> And every week plant another row that way you'll have fresh spinach for awhile! And composting! Gather leaves and compost them! I know this seems to be long from the original subject but not really. Actually unpasteurized milk and butter from totally grass fed cows will actually rebuild the enamel on your teeth and even repair chipped teeth. A lot of info but teeth are really important! We want a really good smile when we are old!

Yahooooo!!!!!!

"Dr. Price traveled all over the world doing his research on primitive peoples who still lived in their native ways. He found fourteen cultural pockets scattered all over the globe where the natives had no access to "civilization" - and ate no refined foods."

"Dr. Price studied their diets carefully. He found they varied greatly, but the one thing they had in common was that they ate whole, unrefined foods. With absolutely no access to tooth brushes, floss, fluoridated water or tooth paste, the primitive peoples studied were almost 100% free of tooth decay."

The power of positive diet and no sugar! Probably they were out in the sun all day and the skin converts sun into Vitamin D which is part of the process which converts calcium into a form of calcium that goes into your bones and teeth. So run or walk outside, you'll be just fine! And eat healthy and enjoy life with a smile! :>
